Nanostructures of special interest:
- laser synthesized TiO2 nanopowders and doped TiO2 nanopowders
synthesized by sol-gel technology,
- CeO2 doped nanopowders as a potential SOFC materials,
- mechanically activated ZnO nanopowders,
- thermally evaporated nanostructures (SiOx thin films,
ZnSe-SiOx multilayers, ZnSe nanolayers).
