Research Interests
- • Raman, infrared and photoluminescence studies of
nanostructured materials, especially:
- laser synthesized titania nanopowders,
- doped titania nanopowders synthesized by sol-gel
technology,
- mechanically activated ZnO nanopowders,
- thermally evaporated nanostructures (SiOx thin films,
ZnSe-SiOx multilayers, ZnSe nanolayers);
• Numerical simulation of the vibrational properties of
nanomaterials;
• Numerical simulation and experimental studies of laser induced
changes in semiconductors
Publications- The list of publications of Dr Maja Šćepanović contains more
than 90 items, which were cited more than 80 times (according to
Scopus database). More than 30 papers from this list were
published in the scientific journals from the ISI list.
